Reflections on the The Promotions Dept. Premier Group Annual Meeting: Partnerships, Service and Growth

Our leadership team recently attended our annual meeting which took place in Asheville, NC this year.  This Premier Group event brings together top industry suppliers and distributors focusing on past business, future planning, and celebration. The focus of the event is one-on-one meetings with industry leading  manufacturing partners and strategy sessions with like-minded distributor companies openly sharing challenges and best practices to provide exceptional service and value to our clients. These discussions covered a range of important topics, including new product developments, technology, operations, industry trends and the potential impacts of tariffs and how to mitigate them.  Despite current challenges, the meetings fostered optimism and collaboration, leaving our team energized with new insights and strategies for growth. We look forward to sharing these developments in the coming months.

This year’s meeting also emphasized the importance of community and giving. With several team members having personal ties to the Asheville area, we dedicated part of the event to a day of service. We partnered with Mercy Chefs to provide 50 meals to North Carolina families in need. This day of service reinforced the values of community, gratitude and responsibility that we hold as a respected industry group and also individually as a company.

We concluded with The Premier Group annual awards, an evening celebrating  success and recognizing outstanding contributions. The Promotions Dept. received the Doug Bruce Award which recognizes the distributor company that strengthens partnerships across membership, driving growth through collaboration!

This year's event left us with an immense sense of pride in our work and our team and it reinforced our commitment to a “rising tide” approach to business, lifting each other up leads to shared success. We’re excited about the future and confident that our strong relationships will continue to propel us forward.
