Core Values

We understand the responsibility that companies must embrace to positively impact and nurture the world around us.

As a Certified Women's Business Enterprise, these values are deeply embedded in our culture, and we are mindful of aligning each decision we make with the well-being of our communities and planet.

Sustainability at the Center

Eco-friendly sourcing and waste-conscious practices.

We believe branded merchandise should do more than promote—it should protect our planet. That’s why we prioritize eco-conscious sourcing, from recycled and renewable materials to responsibly made products.

As a certified B-Corp, we measure our success not only by what we deliver to clients, but by how lightly we tread on the environment. Every order is an opportunity to reduce waste, support sustainable suppliers, and create impact that lasts beyond the product itself.

Community First

Giving back and investing locally.

We believe business should strengthen the places we call home. From sourcing with local makers and suppliers to volunteering and giving back, we invest in the communities that invest in us. Every partnership is an opportunity to create shared value —supporting local economies, uplifting underserved groups, and building connections that last well beyond business.

Equity & Opportunity

Partnering with diverse and underrepresented businesses.

We believe access creates impact. That’s why we intentionally source and collaborate with diverse, women-owned, and underrepresented businesses across our supply chain. By expanding opportunity and amplifying overlooked voices, we help build a more inclusive marketplace—where every partner has the chance to thrive.

Integrity & Transparency

Purpose-driven accountability as a certified B-Corp.

We believe that Trust is at the heart of every partnership we build. As a certified B-Corp, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of accountability—operating with honesty, clarity, and purpose in everything we do. Our clients can count on us to deliver not only great products, but a business relationship built on openness and integrity.

Our 365 Commitment is a testament to our values.  Under this initiative, every project with a social impact element is enhanced by our own additional contribution. In addition, corporately we contribute to courageous causes year-round, regardless of the month or time of year.
