2025 EQCA Gala Partnership
Los Angeles, CA - Members of our team stepped out looking their best for the 2025 Equality California (EQCA) Gala, held in Los Angeles on October 4. The event celebrated the work and progress toward equality in California while outlining EQCA’s continued advocacy for LGBTQ+ rights and representation.
Several of the TPD team were in attendance along with civic leaders, advocates, and partners in reaffirming a shared vision of inclusion, dignity, and equality for all. The gala is a powerful reminder that equality is not a milestone, but a movement that TPD is proud to stand alongside and support.
Throughout the evening, speakers highlighted the continued importance of advocacy in education, healthcare, and creation of policy, along with the need for private-sector partners to use their influence and resources to drive inclusion forward.
TPD understands the role local businesses play in sustaining this movement. When we put purpose before profit, we can help create real and lasting change in our own communities.
As a certified B Corp, we measure success not just by growth, but by impact. Supporting organizations like EQCA reflects who we are as a company and as individuals, a collective and group of people who believe that equity, inclusion, and compassion must be built into the way we do business.
The Promotions Dept.’s participation in the 2025 EQCA Gala builds on a growing collaboration that includes branded awareness programs, community activations, and purpose-led initiatives supporting EQCA’s statewide advocacy. In 2025, we were proud to support parades in San Diego and Los Angeles and look forward to following EQCA push for an impactful 2026.
