CCSWB Family Fun Day

CASE STUDY

We were tasked with designing a merchandise program for CCSWB’s Family Fun Day event series. The goal was to create a program that eliminated over ordering, allowed 43 sites to order items tailored to their specific needs and event dates, engaged attendees, and maintained a cohesive event theme across all locations.

To balance cost efficiency and customization, we implemented a hybrid merchandise strategy. Lower-cost items leveraged existing inventory, while higher-priced items and perishables were produced through a print-on-demand model. This approach allowed each site to select merchandise that suited their attendance and timing without creating waste or surplus.

The yearly program was executed over five months, from planning to fulfillment, ensuring that all sites had adequate lead time to customize orders while keeping the overarching themes consistent.

 The merchandise program successfully:

•Prevented overordering by aligning inventory with site-specific demand.
•Enabled all 43 sites to tailor merchandise orders to their event size and schedule.
•Engaged attendees with themed, high-quality items that enhanced the atmosphere.
•Maintained consistent branding and event theme across multiple locations.

By combining inventory items with print-on-demand solutions and empowering individual sites to plan their merchandise, the program delivered a cost-effective, engaging, and cohesive experience for all participants while minimizing waste and logistical complexity.

Staff Engagement Program for Earth Day

CASE STUDY

Our goal was to support employee participation in an Earth Day service initiative with merchandise playing a significant role. The program needed to spark enthusiasm, build team spirit, and align the experience with their core commitment to sustainability.

The solution was the “Earth Day Kit” designed by TPD, featuring custom-branded t-shirts, reusable lunch bags, pens made from recycled materials, water bottles, and a desktop favorite — the “Grow Guy”.

Kits were fulfilled nationwide in time for kick off events and met with immediate enthusiasm. Employees participated in a variety of Earth Day efforts, from litter cleanups to planting native species and transporting greenery to underserved areas. The gear wasn’t just practical, it helped set the tone, created unity, and made the initiative feel like a true event.

Organically offices began hosting friendly competitions to see whose Grow Guy could grow the longest or grow the wildest hair, turning a small giveaway into a team-building moment. In New York, the engagement ran so deep that the team even created Halloween costumes modeled after their beloved Grow Guy months after the Earth Day campaign was completed.

MLS All-Star Orlando

CASE STUDY

Working directly with Corkcircle™ and our live event team, we developed a program to decorate tumblers onsite using the latest in laser technology.

Our custom software was implemented on interactive 27” touchscreen workstations, allowing attendees to personalize their tumblers in real time.

After the attendee submitted their design, the system generated a work ticket so that our technicians could put their tumbler through production as the guest continued through a flow path to receive additional premiums for the weekend’s events.

Over 1000 VIPs received experience packages and our software collected data from the experience to use for future marketing efforts.
