Adapting to COVID-19

Dear Customers, Partners, and Friends,

I hope this message finds you, your family, friends, and associates in good health and with a resilient spirit.

As the country moves towards reopening businesses, we find ourselves in a different place than just 8 short weeks ago. As it did for many, 2020 began with abounding success and optimism. After several successive years of solid growth, Q1 signaled the promise of one of the most, if not the most, successful years in our 28 year history. Project activity was at an all time high as we embarked on a wide variety of new initiatives.

In response to COVID-19 we quickly transitioned to “work from home” and began diligently securing inventory and vetting suppliers for PPE both domestically and overseas. We pre-purchased domestic inventory when we could find it and made inventory commitments for overseas production of sanitizer and masks that were in high demand. We worked closely with customers to utilize and distribute branded merchandise they had purchased and to equip their workforce to work from home and to develop unique ways for them to communicate with employees, partners, customers and fans.

Today, as many of us prepare to return to work safely we are providing return to work kits which include necessary items like masks, hand sanitizer and social distancing reminders. We’ve made significant commitments to sanitizer and PPE inventory in the hopes of avoiding what we expect will be high demand and very limited supply. Only time will reveal the mid and long term effects of COVID-19 on our society, our economy and also on each of us as individuals. Our hope is that as individuals, families, work groups and communities we emerge stronger, wiser, and better prepared for whatever may lie ahead.

We’re ready for the challenges before us, ready to get back to our business and ready to help you get back to yours. Whether through traditional means or creative new ones, we’re here to help you welcome back employees, partners, customers and fans and to engage, recognize, motivate and reward them.
