Core Values

As a Certified Women’s Business Enterprise, we understand our responsibility to nurture the world around us.

These values are deeply embedded in our company's culture and we are mindful to align each decision we make with the well-being of our communities and planet.

Sustainability

Our environment deserves our full attention. In order to do our part, we’ve adopted a multipronged approach to supporting sustainable practices across our organization.

From a product standpoint, we make it easier to embrace eco-friendly choices by making sustainable goods more accessible and monitoring the environmental impact of the items we produce.

Our SwagCycle program is dedicated to managing the lifecycle of branded merchandise. We help brands repurpose and recycle unwanted branded items in a responsible, ethical, and affordable way.

As part of our commitment to minimize our impact on the environment we’ve partnered with UPS to offer Carbon Neutral Shipping.

Through this Carbon Neutral Shipping program, we offset 100% of our domestic UPS ground shipment emissions. This program is independently verified by Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS).

In 2021, we took a pledge to plant two trees for every order placed: one for you and one for us.

To date, we’ve planted over 19k trees globally.
